When automatically tagging multiple folders, create the tags in a hierarchy that mirrors the folder hierarchy. Now it creates a flat list.

As soon as I filter by tags, I see "filter applies" in the status bar - replacing the number of items in the folder. If you can't control the status bar, maybe put it somewhere else.

New tags are automatically assigned a color (green, in my case.) It's tedious to have to go into Outlook's category editor and remove the color every time I want to create a new tag. I would not mind being unable to edit tag color if only the default color was "none"! As it is, it feels like an annoyance inserted to make the free version less user-friendly.

When the email with tag is replied from others, the auto-assign tag action will not be performed. Please advise how to enforce the auto-assign tag action to all incoming email no matter it has tag or not.

I would like to tag my email as e.g. 'Personal', 'Admin', etc. - the usual stuff - but I don't want to have to write rules like 'If the subject contains x then it is Admin', I'd like the tool to work it out based on examples. I knew this used to be possible in CRM114, is it possible in Taglocity?

but each time I open Outlook, I choose to switch to the free version, but it asks me everytime. How can I set it permanently?

In OL 2010, you can right click a email and then add the category. i suggest to add the tagger menue to the right click menu as well. ie. to have the tagger menu to replace the OL category menu, because tagger can show the tags in hierarchy and save the movement of the mouse.

I would will be using Taglocity for personal use, but I could not find what features will be disable at the end of the trail.

I'd like to be able to see all of my tags on the bar w/o having to mouse-over to see the tags that don't fit. Getting rid of/hiding the numbers would help, and being able to create multiple tag bars would also be great - I could create multiple bars that support my various function/content area categories, etc.

I use the conversation reader instead of Outlooks preview pane, because CR is better :)
But alas, the messages will not be mark read and I have to mark them by hand, which is a real bore :(

I use Tag Filter to quickly find emails but when I click the Tag Filter Clear button I always have to click Ctrl+Home to return to the top of the Email List.
It would be a nice addition to allow to Auto return to top of email list after clicking on Tag Filter clear button

It would be really nice if the tag cloud in the tag filters updates itself in realtime when applying the filter. What I mean is that the tag cloud only shows the tags that are used in the results.

For instance when I select the tag "Projects" I would only like to see the tags in use for the messages that also have the projects tag.

I also tag my calendar items to help me keep track of time spent on projects and other activities. It would be REALLY helpful if I could have the taglocity tagger display on my calendar pane also.

There is an issue of "transparency" between the contacts bar/conversation bar and suggested tag bar and the outlook interface. In other words, I see slivers of whatever is behind the area between the contacts bar (to the left of the inbox) and the Outlook inbox.

Unlike the other windows Taglocity Tagger only has the option to appear by the Mail List (either on top or bottom), having more options would be quite useful.

When I reply to an email, I would like the option of tagging the original email I am replying to (and perform the associated actions). I do not want to tag the entire conversation, just the original email.

I want to "tag conversation" without opening the Conversation window and hitting a checkbox, nor adding extra shrunken windows to my screen.

A tag action, or reserved tag would be awesome!
