I suggest you ...

Set the default tag color to "none" in the free version.

New tags are automatically assigned a color (green, in my case.) It's tedious to have to go into Outlook's category editor and remove the color every time I want to create a new tag. I would not mind being unable to edit tag color if only the default color was "none"! As it is, it feels like an annoyance inserted to make the free version less user-friendly.
