Set Tag Color in Properties Box

Allow users to set the tag color in the Properties box and also let us set a default color for new tags

        I would actually also like to set the color for the Tag Text that is inserted into emails with public tags.
        This way I can set it to match the background message itself. Voila, the public tag becomes unnoticeable (sort of private). This way one would still have the benefits of public tags but more discreet.

        This one is huge for me and is the first thing I noticed--that all my tags default to red. To me, red flags a message as important, and I don't want my email recipients thinking every email I send is important. I prefer the use of tags to remain subtle, so I currently have to modify them to be "clear" before sending.

        I would like the colors to show everywhere where my tags are shown (ie. tagtree, tag cloud and the categories in OL 07)
