conversation tag by default
I would like to be able to set conversation tagging "on" by default. As is, I have to check the box for each incoming message - it is very much the exception that I would *not* want to tag the conversation.

suggested tags should add parent tags
I use the tree system for tags and if I start to type a tag in the input box it gives me the option of either adding the tag on its own or adding all the parents of that tag in one click - the suggested tags only adds the tag you click on - is there any way to make it add all parent tags as well,... more

"Always Tag Conversation" feature
The Always tag conversation feature is a must have for effective GTD usage of Taglocity. It should be dead simple to implement and could help a lot of people.

create bundle tags in the tagger/tag filter
Hi there: For me it would be very helpful being able to create a bundle tag directly in the tagger. I tag my mails by customer (top hierarchy) and then by the different projects (sub-hierarchy).

Add multiple folder support for Tag Filter
Tag filter only returns items from the currently selected folder. I'd like it to return items from all sub-folders as well. what should be filled values in auto-assign tags
for example:
subject: LNU 3 sets MR shipping add
Field name: subject
comparison: contains
The key words are "LNU" and "MR".
what should I fill in the "value" field? -

Taglocity for Windows Explorer
Would be great (& I think you could make quite a few sales!) if you could emulate the outlook-based Taglocity program to a windows explorer-based Tag program.

show details when local and remote tag lists have a conflict
As the title says, it would be see exactly what is in conflict. I sign on and off through wired/wireless/VPN connections pretty regularly and this seems to lead to frequent conflicts. It would be good to be able to verify that the correct version is being saved.

Tag Conversation Shortcut Key

To make the email processing more fluent (aka not touching the mouse) I think a Tag Conversation Shortcut Key to turn the feature on/off would be great! -

allow user to remove any reference to TeamFeed.
I don't want the intrusive features of Teamfeed. I just want to tag my personal inbox.
TeamFeed integration is designed to be unintrusive already. Please let us know what you find intrusive. Thanks.

More functionality for maintenance of the tag tree
I have already about 200 tags (don't know if this is unusually high, but it is still growing!). It is a nightmare to maintain my tags. I couldn't find even a sorting or search, when I just want to change the settings on a specific tag. And reorganising a hierachical structure of hundreds of tags ... more

Admittedly search is a little unintuitive, you have to click into the tree and then start typing.
We do have ideas to improve tag maintainability though. I use about 1500 tags but I don't bother with much maintenance. I do bundle some common ones together but otherwise I just set properties on a per tag basis when I need to by right clicking on the tag in the Tagger. Hope this helps!

Hierachical tags: add a search option to find all items with any sub tag.

bugfix popup when deleting mails in search window
When mail view is opend, outlook tries to show the just deleted mail and pops two errror messages. When deleten 50 Mails, It's 100 clicks. UGH!

bugfix search in subfolders
In Taglocity search window, I only get results if I choose the first level subfolder AS WELL as the second subfolder I want to search. In my hirarchie, if I want to search only in one folder I need to get the results as well. Nasty inconvenient.

bugfix move to folder by tagging in O2003/V3
more often than not, it doesn't move the Mail out of Inbox. Sometimes auto tag is applied, but Mail still in Inbox. Then, I remove tag an type it in again, and sometimes it really moves the Mail then, but sometime the Mail stays in Inbox whatever I try.
I even fixed my ost and disabled all other plugins. -
