      Simply check the “Show all with same subject” checkbox to match the way Outlook does it. Outlook uses in internal field called ConversationTopic for grouping conversations which is the normalized Subject (i.e. with the Re: and Fw: removed), which is what the “Show all with same subject” option does on the Taglocity Conversation Reader.

      The side effect of this option, as well as the way Outlook does it, is that you can get messages from different conversations mixed up if they happen to have the same subjects.

      If you don’t use the “Show all with same subject” option, then Taglocity will only include in conversations email that comes from other Outlook clients (even if the subject is changed during the course of the conversation). Email that comes from other clients will not have the same internal conversation ID and therefore will be left out of the conversation view until you… more
